Thus was launched
HealthDay, recently. To
fulfill a healthy diet, the
obstetrician and
gynecologist from the
American College
recommend that women
aged consume foods as
below. First, at least
1,500 mg of calcium per
day, which can be found
in dairy products and
leafy green vegetables,
or dietary supplements.
Second, eight milligrams
of iron every day. Iron is
needed to help produce
red blood cells. A rich
source of iron can be
found in cereals, spinach
and beans. Third, reduce
intake of saturated fat.
Fourth, reduce the
intake of salt and added
sugar intake. Fifth,
eating foods rich in fiber.
